There are spectacular views from every room in the Penthouse. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer and dryer, new refridgerator with filtered water and ice in the door, range, microwave, Starbucks coffee machine, and the cabinets are fully stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans ect...
The master bedroom along with it's stunning view, has a king size bed and a private bath. There is a desk with a broadband modem to connect to the internet. If you prefer or if you have more than one Laptop and would like to connect wirelessly, simply bring your own wireless router. There is a 32" flat screen TV with cable. There is A/C and a fan above the bed.
The second bedroom along with it's stunning view also has a king size bed. The bathroom is directly across the hallway right outside the bedroom. Next to the bathroom is a closet fully stocked with bath, hand and beach towels. Linens are also in this closet but will be already in place on the beds with the bedding. There is a 27" TV with cable. There is A/C and a fan above the bed.
The diningroom area has seating for dinner for 4 overlooking the vast ever changing views. For even more drama open the front door next to the diningroom table and overlook the sunset over the Yunque Rainforest and enjoy the cross tradewind breezes.
The livingroom area has plenty of space to sit and watch the 27" TV, watch a movie on the DVD player, read a good book or listen to some latin island music on the stereo all while enjoying the endless views and breezes. The sunrise, sunset or full moon can be unforgetable, remember your camera! If you happened to spend New Years Eve or July 4th here, you'll enjoy spectacular fireworks at eye level! Very cool!
There is a daybed in the extended livingroom area for a fifth person to sleep or a great place to lay back and read a good book right directly in front of the window and amazing view. This Penthouse sleeps up to 5 people.
Villa Jacquelita
This beautiful spacious Penthouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, 1600 square feet, a balcony, a private rooftop verandah and is fully equipped to accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen has a new stainless steel fridgerator with filtered water and a ice maker with filtered water, a microwave, coffee machine with a coffee bean grinder, expresso machine and a range. The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans etc..... Off the kitchen is a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer. Glance out the kitchen window and the pool is directly across the street. Look out towards the livingroom and you'll see the turquiose sea and the ferries coming and going to Vieques and Culebra.
The dining area has seating for 4 with a full view of the balcony overlooking the new Sunbay Marina and the vast blue ocean view looking towards Culebra. Bring some of your CD's to enjoy your favorite music on the stereo/CD player or bring along some of your favorite movies to watch on the DVD player on the 27 inch TV in the livingroom area. Next to the TV is a broadband modem to connect to the Internet with an ethernet cable or bring your own wireless router and connect wirelessly from anywhere in the Penthouse including the rooftop verandah.
Walk out the livingroom onto the balcony and enjoy the Caribbean Trade Winds while taking in the magnificent view of Vieques, Culebra and St Thomas. Stroll up the spiral staircase and delight in the privacy of the rooftop verandah. Plenty of room to enjoy drinks and dinner all while basking in the afternoon sun soaking up the endless views.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath. Watch the sunrise from bed or walk out the sliding glass doors onto the balcony and see everchanging sunrises each morning.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 full size beds bunkbed style. Outside the third bedroom is the second bath with a linen closet stocked with linens, bath towels and beach towels.
